These Terms of Service explain the rules for using SecretVibe, including AI-generated vibe cards, uploaded photos, acceptable use, purchases, subscriptions, rewarded ads, and user responsibilities.
By downloading, accessing, or using SecretVibe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use SecretVibe.
These Terms apply to the SecretVibe mobile application, website, related pages, AI-generated features, photo-based features, premium features, support features, and any related services we provide.
SecretVibe is intended for users aged 16 and older. You may not use SecretVibe if you are under 16 years old.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your country or region, you may use SecretVibe only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using SecretVibe, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
SecretVibe is an entertainment app that turns selected photos into AI-generated vibe cards with playful captions, personality-style reads, visual/social-style metrics, and share-ready card previews.
SecretVibe may include different modes, such as softer reads and roast-style reads. Roast-style content is intended to be playful, exaggerated, and humorous. It should not be treated as a serious assessment of your personality, appearance, health, attractiveness, social value, or identity.
SecretVibe uses automated systems and AI models to generate captions, titles, vibe cards, metrics, and related content. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, exaggerated, or not applicable to you.
SecretVibe does not provide professional advice. The app does not provide psychological, medical, legal, financial, dating, identity, biometric, attractiveness, or professional styling advice. You should not rely on SecretVibe results to make important decisions.
You are responsible for how you interpret, use, save, download, or share AI-generated results.
You are responsible for the photos and content you upload, select, submit, save, download, or share through SecretVibe.
You must only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. If you upload a photo of another person, you must have the necessary rights, permission, or consent to use that photo in SecretVibe and to generate AI-based results from it.
You must not upload photos or content that violate another person’s privacy, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or any applicable law.
SecretVibe may process selected photos to generate requested app features. Details about photo processing, AI processing, storage, deletion, and service providers are explained in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use SecretVibe to create, upload, request, generate, save, or share content that:
We may restrict, remove, or refuse content, results, accounts, or access if we believe these Terms are being violated or if we need to protect users, the service, or third parties.
If SecretVibe generates content that you believe is offensive, unsafe, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, sexual, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate, you can report it to us at weddingeknopka@gmail.com.
Please include a short description of the issue and, where possible, the relevant screenshot, generated text, or context. We may use reports to improve safety systems, moderation, prompts, filters, and product behavior.
Some SecretVibe features may require an account or authenticated session. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
You must not share access in a way that allows misuse of the service, fraud, abuse, unauthorized purchases, or violation of these Terms.
SecretVibe may offer paid features, premium access, subscriptions, one-time purchases, support purchases, or other paid options through Google Play Billing or another authorized app store payment system.
Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, trials, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by Google Play or the relevant app store. Please review the purchase screen and the app store’s payment terms before completing a purchase.
All purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or by the specific app store’s refund policies. We do not guarantee refunds because you are dissatisfied with AI-generated results, captions, metrics, card content, or other generated outputs.
Premium features may change over time. We may add, remove, rename, modify, or limit features where reasonably necessary for product, technical, legal, safety, or business reasons.
SecretVibe may offer rewarded ads that allow you to unlock an additional generation, feature, or other in-app benefit after viewing an ad.
Reward availability may depend on ad availability, network status, device conditions, fraud-prevention checks, app version, account status, and technical factors. We do not guarantee that a rewarded ad will always be available or that every ad attempt will result in a reward.
SecretVibe, including its name, branding, interface, design, software, visual style, prompts, systems, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain any rights you have in photos or content you upload. By using SecretVibe, you grant us a limited permission to host, process, transmit, display, modify, and use your uploaded content only as needed to provide, secure, operate, support, and improve the app and the features you request, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You may download and share the vibe cards generated for you for personal, non-commercial use, provided that your use complies with these Terms and applicable law.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been uploaded to, used in, or made available through SecretVibe without authorization, contact us at weddingeknopka@gmail.com.
Your notice should include enough information for us to identify the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate. We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
At this stage, copyright notices should be sent to the email address above. We may update this section after we add a dedicated legal or copyright contact for SecretVibe.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or delete an account if we believe that a user has violated these Terms, created safety risks, infringed rights, attempted fraud, abused the service, or used SecretVibe in a way that could harm users, third parties, or the app.
We may also remove or restrict content when required by law, app store rules, service provider requirements, or safety obligations.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SecretVibe, E-knopka, and their owners, operators, affiliates, directors, employees, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use or misuse of SecretVibe, your uploaded content, your generated or shared content, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of SecretVibe will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide you with the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and SecretVibe agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of SecretVibe will be handled only on an individual basis.
You and SecretVibe agree not to bring or participate in any class, consolidated, collective, or representative action, unless this waiver is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
SecretVibe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that generated results will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your expectations.
AI-generated content may be wrong, random, exaggerated, offensive, or inconsistent. You use SecretVibe at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SecretVibe, E-knopka, and their owners, operators, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the app.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not allowed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
We may update SecretVibe, change features, modify limits, adjust pricing, update safety systems, or discontinue parts of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of SecretVibe after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
