This Privacy Policy explains how SecretVibe collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes user data for the SecretVibe mobile application and related services.

1. Developer information

E-knopka is the developer and operator of the SecretVibe mobile application. For privacy questions, data access requests, or data deletion requests, contact us at weddingeknopka@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect or access

SecretVibe collects or accesses data only to provide app features, operate the service, improve reliability, process payments, show rewarded ads, prevent abuse, and support users.

SecretVibe requests camera access only when you choose to take a photo inside the app. You can also choose an existing image from your device instead of using the camera. We do not access your camera in the background.

SecretVibe does not request access to contacts, precise location, phone call logs, SMS, calendar, health data, or government ID information for its core photo-to-vibe-card features.

3. How we use data

We use collected or accessed data to:

  • create, display, save, download, and share AI vibe cards requested by the user;
  • process photos and related prompt data through our backend and AI service providers to generate the requested results;
  • create and manage user accounts and authentication sessions;
  • support sign-in and account security through Clerk, our authentication provider;
  • save user card history, profile information, and app preferences;
  • provide free, rewarded, premium, and support-purchase app functionality;
  • show rewarded ads and grant ad-based unlocks when available;
  • verify Google Play purchases, subscriptions, and support purchases;
  • respond to support, privacy, access, and deletion requests;
  • detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical issues;
  • improve app performance, reliability, safety, and user experience.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use uploaded photos to create advertising profiles.

4. Sharing and third-party service providers

SecretVibe may share data with service providers that help operate the app, including authentication, cloud hosting, storage, AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, Google Play Billing, and advertising services. These providers are allowed to process data only as needed to provide services to SecretVibe or as otherwise described in their own privacy terms.

When you create an account or sign in, authentication-related data may be processed by Clerk, our authorized authentication provider. This may include your email address, user ID, login session data, and authentication-related security information needed to create, protect, and manage your SecretVibe account.

When you request a vibe card, the selected photo and related prompt data may be sent to our backend and AI service providers for processing. This processing is used to generate the requested card, captions, titles, and vibe metrics.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. SecretVibe does not collect or store full payment card numbers. We receive purchase tokens, product IDs, subscription status, premium status, support purchase status, and related entitlement information from Google Play to unlock paid features and verify purchases.

SecretVibe may use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show rewarded ads. Google may collect or receive device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interaction data, diagnostic information, and related signals according to Google's own policies.

If you choose to share or export a generated card, the shared content may include the uploaded or generated image, AI-generated text, scores, and SecretVibe branding. Sharing happens only when you use an app sharing feature, download the card, or export the card yourself.

We may disclose data if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, SecretVibe, our service providers, or the public.

5. Third-party services used by SecretVibe

SecretVibe may use third-party services to provide core app functionality. These services may process user data according to their own privacy policies and service terms.

  • Clerk: authentication, account creation, login sessions, and account security.
  • Google Play Billing: subscriptions, premium status, support purchases, purchase tokens, and entitlement verification.
  • Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK: rewarded ads, ad delivery, ad measurement, diagnostics, and fraud prevention.
  • Cloud hosting and storage providers: backend operation, image upload, generated content storage, and service reliability.
  • AI service providers:generation of vibe cards, captions, titles, and metrics requested by the user.

6. Secure data handling

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal and sensitive user data. These safeguards may include encrypted transmission, access controls, limited internal access, monitoring, secure cloud infrastructure, and service-level restrictions.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect data in a manner appropriate to the nature of the information and the app features provided.

7. Data retention

We retain user data for as long as needed to provide SecretVibe, maintain the user's account, keep generated card history available, verify purchases, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.

Uploaded photos, generated cards, captions, metrics, profile data, and history may remain available in the app until the user deletes them, deletes the account, or requests deletion. Diagnostic and security data may be retained for a limited period for reliability, fraud prevention, and security. Billing-related records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance purposes.

8. Account and data deletion

Users can delete their SecretVibe account from inside the app where the account deletion option is available. Users may also request deletion of their SecretVibe account and related personal data by contacting weddingeknopka@gmail.com.

When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with the account, including generated card history and uploaded photos, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, accounting, or compliance reasons.

9. Children

SecretVibe is intended for users aged 16 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. International processing

SecretVibe and its service providers may process, store, and transfer data in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your location.

When required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards designed to protect personal data during international transfers and process user data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or through another appropriate channel.
